Why should I have professional photos on my profile?

How do I put my pictures on my profile?
Once you've logged into the site, you can upload them yourself by clicking on "Edit My Resume" and then clicking "Image Upload", click on browse to find your photo, and click on "upload". Be sure to click on one photo as your main photo or none will show! Or you can email the photos to us at julie@cupidscoach.com, Nicole@cupidscoach.com or bonnie@cupidscoach.com.

How do I see my picture that was taken at a Cupid's Coach event?
Within a day or two of the event, we will upload your picture onto your profile and send you a "Welcome" note. Visit the site, www.CupidsCoach.com. Login, using the User ID and Password we sent to you in our post event "welcome". Click "Go". See "My Activity" page. Click on "Edit My Personal Resume."

Why do you need my name and email address when I have my picture taken at an event?
We need to be able to identify you so we can upload your picture on YOUR profile! Our professional photographer will choose the best shot of you to upload.

How do I obtain the photo of me taken at a Cupdi's Coach event?
You can purchase either a print or digital photo. Log on, go to "Edit My Resume", and see your picture(s). Click on "Purchase Photos" and follow the prompts. If you order a digital photo, we will email it to you. If you purchase a print, we will order it to be mailed directly to you.

What if I can't see my photo in "My Activity"/"MY Matches" section?
Once you've logged into the site, and you're in the My Activity/My Matches section, if you can't see the photos, then notice that above the Candidates tab there is a switch that says "Click here to turn on images" Click it! However, once you or the other Client has chosen to move on, you're both sent to the other's History file and photos are no longer visible. But you can enter the Client's User ID in the View a Resume section to see the entire Resume, once you're logged on.

How do I see a larger version of the pictures?
Just click on them twice and they will enlarge!

How do I remove or replace photos?
To remove photos, just log on, click on "Edit My Resume", click on "Upload Image" and you'll see a box titled "remove". You can add, remove, hide, or whatever you want. At least one photo needs to be clicked as your main photo.
